Prices are checked daily for all items on your watchlist. For items with an active alert threshold set, checks run more frequently. You'll receive an email the same day a price change triggers your alert.
Simply submit the product name, brand, and part number (or MPN) through the "Add Items" form in your account. Our system will find and match the product across distributors, typically within 1 business day. You can also upload a CSV for bulk submissions.
We pull prices directly from each distributor's website. The prices shown reflect the publicly-listed price at the time of the last check. Note that contract pricing or account-specific discounts may differ — we monitor list prices.
